About Me

I graduated from Fontana high school in 1994.  After graduation I enlisted in the United States Air Force.  During my 8 years of active duty, I worked as an Electro-Environmental Specialist.  I had the privilege of working on on a variety of RC-135's and the A-3 AWACS.   I was also able to earn an Associates Degree in Aerospace Technology while serving in the Air Force.

After my honorable discharge, I attended Cal State San Bernardino to earn both a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics as well as my teaching credential. In 2005, I began my teaching career at Sultana High School in the high desert.

In 2013, I began work at Corona High School.  My goal when I came to Corona High was to bring some STEM presence to CNUSD.  In my first year I began a robotics club that competed in many tournaments.  Now 6 years later, Corona High boasts the best STEM Academy in CNUSD.

I am proud to teach multiple engineering classes in our Engineering Pathway, as well as an Aviation class in our Aviation Pathway along with my Math courses. It has been a great pleasure teaching at Corona High School.

I am truly honored to be part of the great legacy and tradition of this school.  ~Rawr

Integrated Math 2

This course is the second course in high school math.  We cover several Algebra and Geometry topics.  Students will review exponents and extend that knowledge by learning about exponential functions.  Students learn how to factor, solve, and graph quadratics.  Students will also begin to prove geometric theorems and explore various geometric properties.  I am excited to work with students on their math journey.
