Norco Advantage ProgramStudents who completed the Norco Advantage application steps and attended an information session will be assigned early registration for Fall 2021 and Spring 2022. In addition to early registration, students who completed their PROMISE PROGRAM application will have their application prioritized.

Norco College Upward Bound - Norco College Upward Bound provides students with academic guidance, personal development and fundamental support to participants in their preparation for college entrance. The program provides opportunities for participants to succeed in their precollege performance and ultimately in their higher education pursuits.
