Cell Phones and other electronic signaling devices may not be activated inside any classroom or building. (CNUSD Board Policy 5334)

Student are permitted to use cell phones during non-instructional minutes consisting of lunch time, passing periods, and before or after school.

Warning- phone must be put away and remain out of sight

1st Offense- Detention, phone is confiscated by teacher and returned to student.

2nd Offense- Detention, phone is confiscated and returned to parent only

3rd Offense- Saturday School, phone is confiscated and will be returned at the end of the quarter. Phone is no longer permitted at school.
